YouniquelyFit’s approach to Personal Training is based on an individual’s posture and their contraindications, including, but not limited to: Osteoporosis, hip & knee replacements post PT, Scoliosis, Senior/Elderly with limited mobility, pre- and post-natal, Parkinson’s, ALS, and Autism.

Our postural specific training allows us to specialize in alleviating chronic back pain. This is done by strengthening the transverse abdominis through proper breath execution and alignment of the pelvis, which is cued based on your specific skeletal structure.

Our goal is to get you as close to Perfect Posture as possible. This will improve functional movement, alleviate pain, prevent injuries and, ultimately, enhance the quality of your life. To do this, we tailor all sessions to your body’s current posture. We strengthen the muscles that are weak, while simultaneously working on flexibility in the overused tight areas.

During each session we incorporate flexibility, balance, resistance/strength training, and endurance work (low-impact cardio bursting, if weight loss is a goal).
