**$20 is for a 30 min session, I offer 60 min sessions for $35** Five years ago I was 50lbs overweight and pre-diabetic. I was prescribed anti-depressants, anti-anxiety medication and statins. I lost 50lbs in 1 year and I am completey off all medications. My journey evolved into a passion. I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Culinarian. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta. I continue my education through the C.HE.K.(Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute. I offer meal planning, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Few Trainers have my nutrition knowledge and even fewer have my culinary knowledge that we can incorporate into your meals. My fiancee is a Registered Nurse, life long vegetarian and sometimes vegan. I consult with her in many health related issues that she has expertise in.
I charge far below market value because helping people is my passion. I also understand this is a trying time financially for a lot of us. Training is a life long goal and a life changing endeavor - I believe it's imperative to make it affordable to as many people as possible.
We have a private gym at our home in East Ridge that we work out of. This is especially helpful for those who are worried about covid-19.
