My Personal Training Programs are one of a kind in that they are specifically designed for each individual. Each program builds on the foundation of your fitness level, exercise history, and time frame given to accomplish these goals. Because different body types require different types of training stimulus to achieve the best results, my Programs are not “one size fits all”. I will ensure your body works functionally and effectively as we progress through your program. Workouts are modified as needed. I hold two science degrees (Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science and an Associates in Kinesiology ) and I am certified through the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
