Dharma means "Soul Purpose" in Sanskrit, a word from ancient India. As a Dharma coach, I will be coaching you in finding and living your soul's purpose. While this may sound like a very broad topic (and in some ways it is), your dharma is as simple as how you show up in your everyday life, in different areas of your life. It could be within your career, your passions, your creative ventures, as well as in your relationships, your self-care, your finances, spirituality. and so much more!
I describe Dharma coaching as a mix of life coaching + career coaching + spiritual coaching. Your soul purpose may or may not be in your career (although the way you show up in your job can be part of your dharma). The spiritual component will vary depending on the client.
I am a Certified Dharma Coach by the Highest Self Institute, founded by Sahara Rose, certified in March 2025.
My coaching style is both intuitive and transformational, with practical tools you can implement in between sessions. During sessions, we will use various coaching methods as well as the dharma coaching frameworks, called the Dharma Discovery Method. We will bring in different tools such as meditation, movement, somatics, and breathwork to aid in our sessions.
This work is incredibly profound, and my clients have experienced tremendous shifts and transformations in mindset and clarity from just one session.
