My name is Andrea and I am so excited to help you on your journey to change.
I will coach you on how to eat mindfully and how to fuel your body so that you FEEL good. I know that everyone wants to have more energy and to wake up feeling refreshed so I will show you which foods will help you with that. Alongside mindful eating, exercise is top priority. My personal one on one training is one hour and includes a custom workout each session so that muscle adaption is minimized. We will be connected DAILY to keep you on track. I will also stretch you at the end of every session because I feel it is just as beneficial to your body as the workout. In addition to that, I plan your outside workouts when you are not with me. I am not the type of trainer who sees you for your hour and sends you back on your way...that's why I am very good at what I do. I get results...our workouts will be HIIT style with a combination of weights, plyometrics, machines, bands etc... I make sure that each one of my clients has an individual plan made just for them and I'm excited to talk goals with you! Let's get it !
