I studied Fitness in Frankfurt, Germany, and received my Certification in 2006.

I work on Overall Fitness, Strengthening, Toning, Cardio, Strong Core & Healthy Back, Weight Loss, Back Issues, Endurance, etc.

I offer general fitness training, as well as my personal YO-FIT-LATES,

a combination of Yoga - Fitness - Pilates to get you in great shape.

I studied Fitness in Frankfurt, Germany, and have been working at Gold's Gym CA, Fitness First, Fitness Factory.

I work with clients one on one,

for Individual/Personal Training, mostly outdoors or in the comfort of their own home.

I offer a first Trial Session for $50
