You're welcome to try a first 60-minute session at the intro rate of $60 (normally $80).
If it feels like a good fit, that session can be applied toward an intro package for additional savings — no need to decide upfront.

? 10 sessions — $510 (Save 15%)
? 20 sessions — $960 (Save 20%)
? Add a workout partner for $30/session
? No commitments — just solid training and real value.
? I’m less interested in transactional sessions. I’m here to build something steady—work that breathes, unfolds, and makes space for real transformation. If we continue, your intro session becomes part of that journey—it’s credited toward any intro package you choose. Upgrade if and when you’re ready.

Beyond the intro packages, full coaching continues at $75–$70 per session, depending on the package size. These rates reflect my full-time coaching availability and limited session spots. Everything moves at your pace — no pressure to commit upfront.
