I coach beginners. I have worked in large gyms and small boutique studios. I branched out on my own when I saw a need for a more in-depth approach to help assist and support my clients needs & goals. I incorporate different modalities such as strength training, cardio, yoga, breath work, & joint mobility (CARs, controlled articular rotations) to name a few.
My holistic approach helps identify where changes need to be made. We take small, sustainable steps to create new habits for long-lasting change. Accountability and consistency are key elements of my programming and my job is to support you on your journey. It's not just about the physical fitness sessions but everything in between.
