HI, my name is John! I’m extremely passionate about what I do and my goal is always to help my clients feel the best they can in the skin they’re in, gain confidence, and enjoy a healthy life. Every individual has unique needs and goals and it’s my aim to help my clients achieve those goals while enjoying the journey. Working out shouldn’t feel miserable — let’s work hard, laugh, sweat and enjoy it!
My credentials: BS in kinesiology, back ground in physical therapy, ACSM Certification, Boxing Coach certification, Nutrition Science Certification from Stanford and over a decade of experience. I tailor all my exercise routines based on what your needs are and what you would enjoy the most. I have a pretty large knowledge pool. Sometimes that means strength training, cardio, HIT training, boxing and self defense, posture correction, corrective exercise for Rage of Motion, stretching, pain management exercises or modalities or ALL of the above.
This isn’t just a job for me! This is what love to do! Helping someone feel more confident whether it’s through self defense or exercise is what I’m meant to do, it’s why I’m here!
