My name is Olivia and I am a San Diego State University Graduate with a degree in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy. After graduating and working in various rehabilitation settings I realized that my passion was for personal training. I have worked as a personal trainer for 7 years and have helped numerous people change their bodies and lives. I was a former Master Trainer before going private where I felt like I could have the most impact.
Having taken anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, injury prevention, etc. I have a wide array of knowledge about the human body. I am passionate about helping you not only succeed in reaching your goals but create a healthy and positive relationship with your body and exercise.
I have worked with athletes, elderly, children, disabled populations, folks with chronic
pain, and so on. I pride myself in my ability to tailor exercise to your body and your needs. I will meet you wherever you are at!
