Hello my name is Saul,
I have been personal training for about 5 years. I love Fitness! and I love the wonders it does to the mind and body. As an adolescent I dealt with obesity and the negative impact it had on my overall quality of life. However, after being introduced to running, and several other forms of exercise, I was hooked and began changing. Since the age of 12 I have ran 7 marathons, 12 half marathons, 7 15k's, 5 10ks, and 6 5k's. I have also competed in my schools track and field team as well as the cross country team. Though I have a background in running what I really enjoy now is building muscle and helping people get into a fit state of mind. My focus is to help you lose weight/ build strength/ build muscle/ or reach any fitness goal you have. If you are looking for someone to help you reach your fitness goals then im the guy for you :)
