About

Micah and Kristina Muñoz are a husband and wife fitness power couple.

We are both certified CrossFit level 1 coaches who share a passion for fitness.

Micah - I moonlight as a firefighter. I have been involved in fitness since 2006 and have been doing crossfit/functional style training for the past 6 years.

I put an emphasis on injury prevention by teaching sound lifting technique. I enjoy being physically active and I hope I can help you reach your fitness goals.

If your want to build strength/technique, increase muscular mass/tone, prepare for a difficult job or competition, or if you just want to get sweaty and moving. I have many years of training and experience to help you reach your goals.
