Hi! I’m Dan, and I offer in-person outdoor personal training in Santa Monica. In addition, I offer virtual consultations through video conference. I am NASM-CPT certified.
My training program is based around calisthenics (bodyweight-based movements). Over the years, I have found that this is the most effective approach for losing weight, building muscle, and developing positive mental health. Doing calisthenics outdoors only boosts the benefits of this powerful approach to training.
