I've been working with clients for over 30 yrs, it's my passion. I started Geaux Play back in 2011 after being in other fitness industries throughout Birmingham, even taught when I was in college. I love watching clients getting healthier, stronger, confident, and having fun while working out. Geaux Play has great instructors that will care about you and help you through your journey. Geaux Play is also a 24-hour gym with top-of-the-line equipment and fitness classes.
