I’m am a certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Physiology. I also hood a NASM certification National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’ve worked with athletes, soccer moms, sales men and women, even professional fighters.
My background is over 21 years coaching and training experience. Played professional basketball 4 seasons overseas. I hold 3 world records in calisthenics, specifically hand balancing.
