My name is Joshua Kenyon. I have been on my own fitness journey for 10 years now and am also very passionate about natural bodybuilding. I am a NASM certified personal trainer who trains out of AMPT Fit, a gym in downtown Savannah. My passion for fitness/bodybuilding has undoubtably transformed my life. It has not only transformed me physique-wise but it has also shifted my mindset/outlook on life significantly as well.
