I have been helping people lose unwanted body fat, gain muscle, get stronger, look better and feel better for 15 years, from working professionals to retirees, I have worked with many different body shapes, ages and different goals, giving me the experience you can trust to help you achieve your fitness and body composition goals.
While there are many methods of training, I like to stick to principles and adequate progressions based on each individual's needs and current level of fitness, which I believe to be key to make progress in your training journey. Whether is 1 on 1 training or semiprivate 2-4 people per sessions, your training will be customized to you.
In my years of training I have played soccer, done powerlifting competitions, strong man, Olympic lifting, boxing, muaythai, 5k, 10k, half marathons, triathlons, as well as, coached clients to some of these competitions, I like to walk the talk and bring real world experience into the training programs while providing lots of variety and fun into the training, whatever your goal might be, the first step is yours, leave the rest up to me, to help you get there.
