I am a scientifically based, results driven trainer based in Aurora, IL (Servicing the Greater Chicagoland Area), and am very passionate about helping others realize their potential.
My name is Cierra and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and CPR/AED certified. I also have a B.S in Biology and Chemistry from Tennessee State University and a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from University of Illinois. I have been training other men and women for 3 years now--along with my personal fitness journey. I have experience coaching clients through weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, and performance enhancement.
