Hi, I’m Tamika Tucker, an IFBB Figure Pro and certified ISSA personal trainer with years of experience helping clients transform their bodies and build lasting confidence. Whether you’re looking to sculpt your physique, improve your strength, or prep for a show, I offer customized training programs tailored to your goals.

I have over 12 years of athletic experience as former Track & Field All- American, Former NFL cheerleader, and now a Professional Bodybuilder/ IFBB figure pro. I started personal training while being a collegiate track and field athlete at Winona State University. I’ve trained clients anywhere from college students, college professors, new moms, athletes and more. While at Winona State University ,I obtained an undergraduate degree majoring in communications with an emphasis in Coaching . I then continued my education and athletic career at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, where I obtained a Masters in Science with an emphasis in Leadership and Management. Didnt stop there, I then continued my education in the healthcare field, obtaining a nursing degree as a LPN.

Because of my experience and background as professional bodybuilder/track and field athlete, I have the skills and knowledge of the human anatomy and really place focus on bettering every client and their overall health and well-being.
