I keep it simple and science-based: no gimmicks, no wasted time. We stick to proven exercises that actually work - the basics done right - with smart progressions and coaching to make sure you do them safely and effectively.
When it comes to nutrition, I’ll never hand you a meal plan you hate. I believe in balance. I follow (and teach) an 80/20 flexible approach. You'll learn how to eat for your goals while still enjoying life. (I eat ice cream every night so yes, you can too.)
