About

I am a 500-hr Yoga Alliance instructor and have taught in many different settings with all types of students. I enjoy sharing my love for yoga with everyone as I believe it can make positive life changes for all who practice it. My studio is located in West Chester borough, but I am happy to travel to someone's home if they are more comfortable.

I love sharing yoga with those who have never experienced it. I also really enjoy helping more advanced students deepen their practice.
