We are an original company because we bring a Yoga Studio to you. We have Yoga Mats for everyone, an essential oil diffuser, and the best teachers in Minneapolis/St. Paul and inspiring music.

We also work with a team of teachers that cover each others classes if necessary. Our mission is to make the experience of having Yoga onsite easy and peaceful.

I love that what I do is win/win for everyone. We provide an original service. People that might not normally get a chance to take a Yoga class can enjoy one over their lunch hour or after work. I love providing this opportunity to people. Yoga can change your life and I love facilitating that!
