Ashley is the owner of Integrated Experiences. Her passion for movement brought her to this practice. Ashley is a licensed therapist trained in trauma-informed yoga/vinyasa. Ashley incorporates elements of psychoeducation, introspection and opportunities for self reflection.
What you might experience in a class with Ashley is a vinyasa styled class featuring moments for connection to yourself and others. Ashley brings a warm playfulness that will allow you to move from your mind and into the body with grace, curiosity and ease.
