I wish to help people see their inherent beauty, light and worth. When we spend time on our mat or dance, we take time to connect with and open up to the light that connects us all. This allows us to be more vulnerable and open hearted towards ourselves and others.
Our body keeps the score, and often back-pain, headaches, lethargy, neck pain etc comes from not just poor posture and repetitive movements, but from past unresolved trauma and pain. If trauma isn’t resolved it gets stored in the body in the form of pain or aches, depression or anxiety. It’s my job to help you befriend your body and your sense of agency and control. In order to find your voice you have to be in your body, be able to breathe fully and be able to access your inner emotions.
Received my 200 RYT and 300 RYT certification with Denise Druce in Utah. I am certified with Yael Calhoun in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Anatomy for Yoga Enthusiasts with Joshua L McGirk and Yoga for athletes with Denise Druce.
