A little about me…
I am the founder of Oceana Yoga, of a donation based beach yoga collective based in San Luis Obispo County, California. I hold a 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification from MiraCosta College in Oceanside, CA.
At 23 years old, my life shattered open when I was diagnosed with a life threatening, aggressive form of cancer. After enduring a year of incredibly harsh chemotherapy, radiation and radical surgery, my passion evolved from music towards holistic healing.
Now, at 32 years old, somatic yoga and sound healing, while living alongside Nature, is my chosen path.
Through years of practice and teaching, I have developed unique methods to produce real results in students.
Private Yoga
Using classic yoga asanas (poses), breath work and meditations, you will transform your subconscious programming and alchemize any underlying physical and emotional injuries and blocks towards your highest self.
You will learn to combine classic Vinyasa style sequencing, physical therapy exercises and chi energy flow techniques to transform your body and mind from the inside out.
You can expect to leave class feeling lighter than when you walked in. A glimpse of peace and the stillness within is just a session on the mat away.
