My journey with yoga started with a spark and quickly turned into a lifelong passion. That path led me to Savannah, GA, where I now work full-time as a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, spin instructor, and life coach. I also offer virtual coaching and live virtual classes through my online platform, Pause. Practice. Peace., which provides on-demand access to a library of yoga, meditation, and much more for all levels.
