About

I've been a full time private yoga instructor for 8 years and am certified in yin, vinyasa, prenatal, post natal, and yoga for athletes with advanced training in anatomy and physiology to best meet the goals and limitations of my clients. I have worked with students of all ages, abilities and experience levels as well as worked to rehab many injuries. I am able to do this because of hand tailoring all classes to meet the needs of the client. My classes focus on the functionality, strength and stability of the yoga poses and how they translate off the mat into the rest of life.
