Madison started practicing yoga in 2019 after a serious knee injury. She credits her impeccable recovery to yoga through its conscious movement and emphasis on breath allowing her to get her strength, flexibility and range of motion even better than it was before.
Also dealing with anxiety and depression from a young age, the practice of yoga helped her get out of her head and thoughts and into her heart and body. Transforming her life in the process.
Madison received her 200 RYT at Second Side this year and is honored to begin using yoga as a way to help others the way it helped her on mind-body-soul levels.
