I would love to be your next yoga instructor!
I dove deeper into my yoga journey in 2021 in an effort to regain a sense of control over my mind and body after an automobile accident left me injured, and unable to workout and weight train as I was previously accustomed to. It wasn’t long after I began that I was seeing, and feeling results, and decided that I too wanted to guide, and help others as my yoga instructors did with me.
In early 2023 I received my certification in Hatha Yoga from Black Swan Yoga after more than 200 hours of training. I currently instruct at a gym, a yoga studio, a corporate office, outdoor public events, private one on one classes, as well as hosting private classes. I’m rigorous in my continuous pursuit of knowledge and experience and aside from adding to my 10 plus years of weight training, I’m constantly reading new materials, and I regularly attend yoga classes taught by various instructors.
My objective is to help others learn to control their bodies, and gain the strength, mobility, and mental peace that yoga has brought me. I look forward to working with you!
