I have been a certified Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga teacher since 2010. I have extensive experience in private, group, and corporate yoga classes, as well as leading yoga retreats, chair yoga, and yoga for seniors.
My classes are suitable for all levels of students, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. You do not need to be flexible or have any prior experience in yoga. I will guide you from the basics of correct pose alignment to more advanced practices.
Classes can also include breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and savasana (guided deep healing relaxation).

Please keep in mind that my calendar usually fills a week in advance.
- NO REFUNDS if canceled within 72 hrs (3 days) or less
- 50% refund if canceled within one week's notice
- No refunds for any classes that were taught
- A canceled or missed class does NOT roll over to your next scheduled class.
- I offer a one-time make-up class a month, depending on my availability.
