I am a 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor from OC. I just moved to the San Diego area and I am so excited to build new clientele. I am a passionate, humble, thorough and patient Yoga Instructor. I specialize in Yoga Anatomy, modifications, philosophy of yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga yoga, bikram and Manifest mediation.
