I am passionate to engage, educate and empower my clients through virtual coaching to make wiser choices to live happier, healthier vibrant lives. (I don't travel to you and you don't travel to me, or to anywhere else -- I coach virtually, i.e. by phone or by Skype)

Combining my background in education and training in coaching methods, I help my clients deal with digestive issues (certified as a Digestive Health Specialist), and develop healthier habits to control health issues such as Diabetes, weight loss, have more energy and sleep better.

I've personally dealt with and overcome my own health issues and also have lost 42#, 33" and shrank 4 clothing sizes in a 4 month period of time and have maintained that weight loss for over 8 years and can help you do it too!
