My name is Lindsey and as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I am here to help fill the gap between theory and reality. My goal is to help others find balance within their lives and create habits that promote a truly healthy lifestyle by offering my guidance, knowledge, empathy, and support.
Constantly being tied to the gym and counting macros do not always equate to health. The idea that in order to be healthy, you need to follow a restrictive diet and intense workout regime is not always sustainable and can lead to overwhelm, burnout, and failure.
A truly healthy lifestyle consists of balance, and with the right knowledge and guidance, balance is absolutely achievable. I am a strong advocate for balance between a healthy life and being able to enjoy it, which means having your cake and eating it too.
The often overlooked key to habit change is discovering the root of our current habits and using that knowledge to build new, long-lasting, healthy habits that align with our values. Whether it’s our busy lives or other struggles, I work with you to navigate forming healthy habits within these given constraints in order to maintain a balanced and healthy life.
