Hello my name is Chef Shay and cooking and planning parties is in my DNA. I just recently began using Thumbtack (reviews and pictures are coming) however, I began cooking professionally almost 20 years ago. I have worked in the biggest names in catering in Denver such as Epicurean, Occasions and 451 events/Catering by Design. Several years ago I decided to go out on my own, and offer the same high-end service that I provided to the VIPs at an affordable price. Doing catering has provided me the experience to cook it many different types of cuisines and my history as a baker , certified bartender, event planner, and cafe owner I have literally worked every position in the kitchen & front of house staff from barista to owner,and everything in between. Doing so I have seen my fair share last-minute needs, Whether you need just one dish or an entire party I can plan or cook for any occasion in any style or theme.
For every client I build each detail specially tailored to your needs. If there is any allergies or special dietary concerns I am more than happy to create a personal plate for any and all guests that require it. I have an eye for detail, a knack for planning, a flare for style, and I'm not happy if you're not happy.
