I have experience in a variety of settings including fine dining, catering, private parties, cafes, food trucks, and schools. I most enjoy creating new recipes and meals for friends & family with what is available at hand and fresh locally. Living in Steamboat Springs for the last 10 years, I have been fortunate to have access to Yampa Valley's wild game and vegetation to inspire authentic menus ideas.
