I hold a masters in science and am a former physics teacher. I hold several bodybuilding and powerlifting titles. I am a black belt in several martial art disciplines. I am offering close to 35 years of ever expanding experience and knowledge to get you stronger, leaner, bigger, faster, more flexible and better endurance overall.
