My training programs are more individualized than most others in the fitness industry. Everyone possesses muscular imbalances that leave the body vulnerable to injury. Regardless of your goal, every exercise program should include a detailed assessment of one's range of motion before moving on to more intense phases of training.
I thoroughly enjoy working with a variety of people from various backgrounds to establish and pursue their goals. Adapting to each new challenge allows me to grow both personally and professionally. I have found that most people have a very limited understanding of their full potential. It's very rewarding to help them realize this.
