Twenty (plus) years in the health and fitness field and my love and commitment continue to deepen. Helping people reach their own health goals is my prime motivator. I am always keeping up with the latest research in an effort to constantly improve and grow along with this ever-expanding field. Ensuring your personal success.
My credentials are vast – Starting with a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Excericse Sceince, a Master’s in School Psychology and many, many certifications: Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Lifestyle and weight management Consultant, Yoga Instructor, Kids fitness and Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Educator, Youth Fitness Specialist,,,,and the list continues.
I offer private sessions in personal training/health coaching as well as yoga and mindfulness mediation. Group classes include: corporate/office yoga and bootcamp, kids and teen yoga/mindfulness, youth fitness, pre/postnatal yoga, mommy and me yoga, retreats and workshops.
As your health coach I will assess your lifestyle and health concerns and will work with you (either by phone or zoom) to help make behavioral, nutritional and fitness changes in order to promote better health and wellness. I will work with you to help you better understand your past roadblocks and self-limiting beliefs that have prevented you from achieving your past goals. Together you'll uncover different strategies to help implement change and develop new habits to aid in your goals. Health coaching sessions can also include exercise prescriptions that the client can do on his or her own.
