Furthermore, I had the distinct honor of serving as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA, where I developed and implemented programs for the U.S. Army. This diverse background has equipped me with a profound understanding of human performance across a wide spectrum of demands.
I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Florida, complementing my practical experience with advanced academic knowledge in the science of human movement. Beyond my coaching roles, I continue to apply these principles in my own life as a semi-professional soccer player.
