My name is Beena and I am a Physician Assistant in Oncology/Medicine, certified Health Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Energy Healer, Writer and Speaker.
I am the Founder of The Yoga Movement, which is an online Health & Wellness Business whose mission is to raise the standards of Empowered Living by combining Science + Alternative Healing. I empower heart-centered women to embody deep self-love, authenticity, & radiance so that they live a life of love, abundance, and true fulfillment.
I provide bespoke services of Holistic Life Coaching, Luxury Yoga + Wellness Retreats, and Corporate Wellness Consulting.
Through my rigorous background as a certified Physician Assistant working in some of the top academic institutions in New York City, such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Columbia University Medical Center, I learned about the importance of evidence-based medicine in providing the most optimal care for my patients. I went on to become a Health Coach through the National Society of Health Coaches in order to provide top-quality, evidence-based health coaching to my clients.
I have combined my medical background as a Physician Assistant with the principles of Health Coaching so that I can serve my clients with a high level of attention to their stories and the results they are trying to achieve. By working closely with my clients, I create a unique Health & Wellness plan, including Health Coaching, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and/or Intuitive Healing.
We work collaboratively to create an action plan that is completely customized to what your needs and desires are to ensure the most optimal success in their wellness journey.
I am a clinically experienced Healthcare Provider and Healer who knows that each individual heals on a much deeper level when he or she is treated holistically - looking through the lens of spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and energetic healing. Through my unique holistic approach for each and every client, I provide a safe, transformative space for your healing, transformation, and up-level.
