Hello! I'm glad you're here. I have over 15 years teaching experience and have been practicing yoga and movement for over ten years. I am a 200hr certified instructor, and in 2025 I will complete my 500hr training. I apply studies in functional movement and Ayurveda to create custom movement programs that follow the natural rhythm of the body. My training is grounded in Mukunda Stiles' Structural Yoga Therapy and Steel Mace Vinyasa. I specialize in working with beginners as well as individuals who would like to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, functional fitness, stability, balance and coordination.
