I am a certified integrative health coach. I specialize in helping people get healthy by removing toxins from the home and body. I started my health journey in 2007, intending to lose weight. I was successful, but I wish I had known what I know now. Health is so much more than calories in and calories out. No one ever told me that! I became a certified health coach because I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals. From weight loss to leadership coaching, my clients have one thing in common.
