I am Danielle, (aka Danyell, aka The Caffeinated Yogi). I am a yoga teacher, strength coach, mobility guide, and nutrition coach! I break all of these bits of wellness into two different businesses.

The Caffeinated Yogi Company- I offer 1:1 coaching for everything fitness, mobility, and nutrition. I use an app called TrueCoach to program all your workouts, house communication, and much more!

Sky's The Limit Yoga Co- A yoga studio at 115 W 25th street. We host over 40 classes a week and have the option for private instruction in studio OR at your home/ work!
