I have been practicing yoga and mindfulness for 10 years. I lead with a gentle hands-on approach, accompanied by my beloved Tibetan singing bowl, that i inderduce through meditation and breath work. I specialize in Vinyasa, slow flow, chair yoga, restorative, as well as fusion style. I love working with women who are in their menopause journey . I believe yoga has the power to heal all aspects of the body, mind, and spirit.
