I am a certified Functional Medicine health coach. Health and wellness has been a passion my whole life. I understand how difficult it is to find true health in this modern toxic world. I have a focus on gut health, weight loss, balancing menstrual cycles, balancing hormones, chronic fatigue/brain fog, anxiety, depression, stress management and healthy aging/ longevity. I work with people suffering from all chronic conditions.
I work with clients weekly through video coaching calls and email communication of resources and weekly action steps. I do brief check-ins through email or text to offer support and accountability.
My approach is a holistic whole life/whole body. We start with a medical symptoms questionnaire, health history and current health status. Together we can establish goals both long-term and weekly.
